Athena Access provides AI document workflow software. Current workflows include credit report audit, dispute case history, FCRA dispute draft preparation, certified mailing, tracking, and deadline organization. By buying or using access, you agree to these terms.

1. Software Access

Athena Access provides digital software access for the access period shown at checkout. The software supports guided report review, persistent case records, generated draft materials, certified mailing workflow, tracking records, and deadline organization for your review and use.

2. No Outcome Guarantees

Athena Access does not guarantee credit-score increases, account deletions, lending approvals, investigation results, or any specific financial outcome.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all information, dispute reasons, statements, generated letter content, mailing details, addresses, deadlines, and case records for truth, accuracy, completeness, and suitability before using or sending anything.

4. Not Legal, Financial, or Credit Repair Advice

Athena Access is not a law firm, lender, debt relief service, or credit repair organization. The software does not provide legal, financial, tax, or credit repair advice.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Refund and cancellation terms are described in the Refund Policy.
