Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for Athena Access digital software access, including document review, current credit-report workflows, draft preparation, case history, and related mailing workflow where supported.

Digital Access

Athena Access is delivered as digital software access. Access begins after payment is confirmed and the account is activated, including access to the guided review workflow, case history, draft preparation, and supported mailing/tracking features.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. To request help with a purchase, contact support within 7 days of payment and include the email address used at checkout.

No Outcome-Based Refunds

Refunds are not based on credit-score changes, account deletions, dispute investigation results, lending approvals, or other financial outcomes because Athena Access does not guarantee those outcomes.
