Privacy Policy

Athena Access is AI document workflow software with access verification, checkout support, persistent case history, document preparation workflow, certified mailing where supported, tracking, and deadline organization. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

  • Email address used to verify Athena access.
  • Access status, such as active, inactive, expired, founder, admin, or guest.
  • Payment status information, transaction references, payment app handles, and notes submitted for payment confirmation review.
  • Case, finding, letter, mailing, tracking, delivery, and deadline details you provide or generate while using Athena.
  • Basic technical information needed to operate the service, such as request logs, timestamps, and error logs.

Athena Access does not intentionally collect credit card numbers, bank account numbers, Cash App credentials, or other sensitive financial account credentials. Payment confirmation details are used only to review and verify access.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Verify access rights for Athena Access.
  • Provide status updates or checkout links based on user role.
  • Maintain dispute case history, generated letter records, mailing records, tracking details, and follow-up deadlines.
  • Monitor and improve the performance and security of the Athena Access application.
  • Troubleshoot access issues and provide support.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers (hosting platforms, checkout providers, mailing providers, storage providers, or logging services necessary to operate the application) or as required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. In particular:

  • Encrypted in transit. Traffic between your browser and Athena Access is served over HTTPS (TLS).
  • Encrypted at rest. The sensitive contents of your uploaded report and the audit findings we generate from it are encrypted at rest in our database using AES-256-GCM, so the raw report data is not stored in readable form.
  • No hard credit pull. Athena reviews a report you already pulled — using Athena never pulls your credit and does not affect your score.

No internet transmission or storage method is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Choices and Control

You control your report data. From your Athena Access account you can wipe your uploaded reports at any time — this permanently deletes the report you uploaded, the personal information in it, and the audit findings generated from it. The action is confirmation-gated and scoped to your own account, so it removes only your data. You can also email us to request deletion at hello@getathenaaccess.com.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

7. Contact Us

If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy, please email Athena Access support at hello@getathenaaccess.com.
